Since 2009 we've had a relationship with the AFAORCA co-op in Costa Rica. Starting 4 years ago, we identified Las Gravilias, a member farm of the AFAORCA, as having our favorite coffees from the co-op and we began buying their coffee separately. Specifically, the lot that we buy is grown by the patriarch of the family, Roberto Marín. It's from the very tippy top of the farm, a delicious caturra variety that we're thrilled to be able to offer again this year.
