Notes from the curator
We love this Sumatra as it is much smoother and more delicate than a typical Sumatran coffee. It is an "exclusive prep" coffee. This is very similar to what was called "triple-picked". It results in a nicely balanced, medium bodied coffee that has a very pleasant aftertaste.
