Coffee: Rosa uses her own micro-mill to process harvested cherries, which allows for meticulous care in depulping, twenty four-hour fermentation periods, and 7 to 14 days of drying. In addition to coffee, Rosa cultivates tomatoes, which provides an additional income for her family.
