This espresso consists of a Pacamara variatel from our farm direct partner in El Salvador. Finishing off with a Guatemala HueHuetenanage and Ethiopian Aricha we produce a complex cup. The mixture of the Pacamara and Huehuetenange create a beautiful mouthfeel of chocolate and cream while the Aricha packs a punch of brightness. Amazing both as an espresso but also as a pour over.
